Fountain Hills Market Report: March 2012

Homes in Fountain Hills Arizona have definitely taken a turn for the better for Sellers, and have become slightly more difficult for buyers to find a property at the amazing prices we have seen for the past 12-18 months.

Sales per month have increase from an average of 30 homes per month from September 2011 – December 2011 to 44 homes in February and 52 in March.

Active listings dropped from a March 2011 at 318 to March 2012 at 241.
